Part workout, part biomechanical assessment, and part getting to know each other. Choosing the right trainer to meet your needs is about more than the workout - after all, it is a relationship! So, like the beginning of any relationship, this first session will be less intense and slower than a regular session. (60 minutes)

Grab a friend or workout partner for our highly personalized CLUB training sessions (2-3 people per session in a group setting) in our private gym space. (60 minutes)
Holistic training, nutrition, and/or recovery offerings focused on promoting overall wellness.
Relax and recover while increasing mobility and alignment, promoting muscular repair and circulation, and enhancing performance and functional movement with our recovery sessions. Sessions include active and passive manual stretching and mobility exercises, manual muscular and myofascial release, and percussive, Hypervolt-enabled massage techniques.
We believe that personal training, and having the professional guidance, help, and support you deserve to feel healthy, confident, and comfortable in your body, should be accessible to everyone.

We do offer a select number of sponsorships and other options for fellow members of the LGBTQ+ community -- we want working out to bring the same empowerment and confidence to others that it has provided us!
